Today, masjid designs are not limited to merely creating a place of worship. At the same time, they are transforming into special living spaces where people can mentally calm down, without distractions, and providing a sense of peace.

In the modern interior design approach; simplicity, the use of natural materials, and a balanced lighting arrangement also play an important role in masjid designs.

In this masjid project, which we designed and implemented as CASTAMO, our main goal was to establish a balanced connection between modern lines and the spiritual atmosphere.

The Power of Simple Design

In the project, a calmer atmosphere was aimed for by specifically avoiding heavy and ostentatious details.

Thanks to natural wood textures, soft tone transitions, and minimal surface use, a peaceful integrity was achieved within the space.

The main purpose of every detail used was to create a non-distracting, serene, and timeless place of worship.

Thanks to this approach, an atmosphere emerged that is not only aesthetically strong but also balanced in feeling.

Balance of Light and Material

In a masjid design, the use of light is one of the most important elements directly affecting the feel of the space. Thanks to the soft lighting language preferred in this project, a calmer and warmer atmosphere was achieved. The modern design line supported by natural materials contributed to making the area feel more spacious, balanced, and peaceful.

The main elements that formed the overall identity of the project were:

The Entire Process from Design to Implementation Was Managed Within CASTAMO

In this project, all details from interior design to the implementation process were managed by CASTAMO.

A holistic approach was adopted at every stage, from the materials used to the production details, in order to preserve the spirit of the space. In this way, the design language was preserved throughout the project, yielding a more controlled and harmonious result.
